Jeri's Story
Hello My name is Jeri, I’m writing this to ask for help from my family, friends, neighbors and those who are friends of friends who would be able to give a little help to a person like me to reduce my suffering.
I really did not want to ask but I have literally no other option. By your kindness someday, if you should need help, maybe I can return the favor.
My Health problem is Nerve damage (Neuropathy) caused by type 2 Diabetes. Although there may be worse problems a person could have, my problem has prevented me from the following
-Walking and keeping my balance
-sitting or standing a certain way for to long
-sleeping properly
-keeps me from family activates or simple house work at that
-poor energy
The list can go on and on. I have lost more then half of the feeling and nerves in my legs and feet.
I have been told if I go untreated my problem would get worse causing me a lot more problems in the future like Amputation. That is within 2 years or less.
The funds raised will go directly to the doctor who I am convinced can help me. I would not ask for your help, but I have no other choice. I either continue to suffer, get worse or ask for the kindness of others.
